Question around TRV filing: 'Are you giving someone access to your application'

I'm applying a TRV for my parent and doing the scanning/application filling etc for their IRCC profile. I'm not my parent's paid representative

Wondering what should be the right answer for this question: 'Are you giving someone access to your application ?'
- Should I enter Yes/No, Any issues with entering No?

1. The answer is yes, it is your parents application, so they are allowing you access.

• Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf
• Yes, grant authorization for IRCC to release your application information to another person.
• Yes, both appoint a representative and grant authorization to IRCC to release information to another person.
