I am sponsoring my wife for residency via "Out Land" and she is living with me in Canada on a tourist visa. On the main visa extension application form on section A it asks for my wife's residential and mailing address. I would like to know if she is able to put our Canadian residential address or her Ecuadorian address?
On section B it asks for family info. I am wondering if she has to put our son and my information? or is this only for other family members who are looking to extend their tourist visa?
On question 11. it asks how much she will have to support her self. I am working full time and I am paying for both my wife and son's living expenses. Is that enough? I have a secondary credit card under her name. Would that be a good proof of funds?
I am not sure about your first questions, but for your question 11. What we did was list my husband's income and include a copy of a letter from his office that stated that he worked there and his annual salary, and we said he would support me since I was unable to work (because of not having PR).
You're welcome. It really won't make a difference which one you put. Make sure you include proof that you have applied to sponsor her like a copy of the fees receipt or sponsorship approval letter.

My spouse just received her first check with her temporary social insurance number. The check includes her name and Canadian address. Would it be advisable to send a photocopy of the child benefit letter with her information along with the rest of her tourist visa extension application?
