i need a straight forward answer with these 5 questions:
Q1 : regarding the new rule in LCP does it apply to caregiver who are already here?
Q2 : if i am on my third year and trying to complete my 2 yrs for the fourth year, i am working as Live in caregiver with same employer, but the permit issued for my 3rd year was only a work permit. (for i applied permit inside canada that time instead outside the country) does the immigration will count those years?
Q3 : my permit ends on sept. if i can apply my PR before that, do i need to renew a new work permit or wait for the PR to process
Q4 : i dont see on document checklist a copy of work permit. do i need to send it too?
Q5 : aside from contract, T4 and ROE. what do i need as single applicant to prove my hours work under option 1??
