SO.
My tuition is about $15,000 CAD per year. Dorms are $5,216 and will have a host family letter stating that I have a host family(family friends) who I will stay with on breaks given that I can't afford to visit my family in the USA every year. I get $5,500 from the government and will be requesting $20,000 CAD to cover tuition plus $10,000. I will also have $3,000 CAD in cash. Anyyyyywwayyyysss.... Will Sallie Mae give me $20,000CAD or can you only request USD amounts?

For example... Can I request $16,100 per year for University which would be ABOUT $20,000CAD per year?

OR

If I request $20,000 per year will it automatically shift over to CAD? I'm a United States Citizen.
