Question about the Issue of Study permit in Halifax airport

Hello guys,

My friend will take a direct flight to Halifax from Frankfurt. As her first entry, she needs to get a study permit. Does anyone know if the Canadian Immigrations and Customs in Halifax Stanfield Airport could issue the first entry study permit? Because some websites say only airports in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal can Issue it. I hope it's not true, otherwise she has to change the ticket.

Need urgent and quick help.


I was having a connection flight from london to toronto and then to Halifax

at Toronto officials asked us about work permits but we had it temporarily we said the same.
BUt now it seems we missed the step
To get our work permit at Toronto

we have reached now at halifax and checked out from airport

can we get it now by visiting halifax airport.?
Please help to het work permit

i mean we have a letter of introduction but we need the work permit from the border services based on that

Go back to the airport and approach CBSA. Alternatively, flagpole at land border which is kinda complicated these days.
