Question about Sponsorship Evaluation

Hello friends

Could someone tell me if I have to fill up the section "Details of family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect"

I am the sponsor and I am only sponsoring my common law partner. I guess I don't have to fill the areas that say "Persons included in previous undertakings and also the one that says " Your Spouse or Common Law partner if not listed on the Generic Form for Canada (IMM 0008) in box #3 under section Application Details
Because on this one I have already mentioned my spouse!
Can someone verify this please?

Correct. You already included her in the box above. As long as it's only you and your partner (and neither of you have children) then the complete total for that section will only be 2- you (sponsor) and your wife (applicant).

I will start from the beginning
In Generic Application (the form that my wife has to answer) in box #3 it asks "How many persons including you are in this application
Ok so far!
A little further down the app is asking to fill the name of her common law (which is me)
So how many persons do we put in box #3 ?


And furthermore
On the Sponsorship Evaluation form which is mine (sponsor) On the very top right it says "NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS AND PERSONS INCLUDED IN UNDERTAKING IN EFFECT OR NOT YET IN EFFECT"

Ok...What do we put here...Keep in mind that there are only us two. My wife the Principal Applicant and me the sponsor.

OKAY! Gotcha!

So I reviewed mine (kept a scanned copy of the computer) and my husband is the applicant, so for that box #3 he only entered 1, which is himself. I, as his sponsor, am NOT entered into that number because I am already a canadian citizen and sponsorship him and therefore it would make zero sense to have me in there... it is only for people that are NOT Canadian citizens or residents already. So for IMM 0008, question #3, have your wife enter in 1.

For the Sponsor evaluation that u need to fill out you will have a total of 2 people. Just like you wrote #4. Yourself is 1, and I believe that they automatically fill that in for you, and then #5A. Current undertaking will be your wife entered as 1. All the other options should be 0, unless u have done previous sponsorships or anything..... and then u should have a grand total of 2.
