Question about sponsor questionnaire

hi guys, question 14 on the sponsor questionnaire asks if my spouse has met any of my family members or close friends.
She has not physically met any of them but has met them through email and skype.
Should I answer yes and explain that it is through internet or should I answer no and explain?

I would say "no", because "meeting" means, in my eyes, to see someone in person right in front of you. THrough skype and email is in my eyes a "communication".
So I would say "no" but explain that about email and skype.

Agree with above. Answer 'no', but then explain that she has communicated with them by email and Skype; include proof of this.
