Question about "Since the age of 18 or during the past five years"

I'm applying for a study permit. I'm currently filling out the IMM 5257 form. There is a question that goes like this "Since the age of 18 or during the past five years, whichever is more recent, have you travelled to any country or territory other than the country of your citizenship or your current country or territory of residence?". I'm under 18, but I have travelled in the past five years. I should answer "No", right?
