Hello! As I begin the process of completing my Canadian PR renewal, I see that the application asks for my "Current Residential Address in Canada". However, I am currently residing in Mexico for work and have no address in Canada, only a mailbox address. Would this mean that I must be physically living in Canada in order to apply for renewal of my PR card? Thank you for your help!
Yes - you're supposed to be physically in Canada at the time you apply to renew your PR card. Only a Canadian address can be used.
Thank you very much for your help!
