As of March 28 2022 I am a Canadian PR, and I have my eCoPR. Ever since I have been having my address and photo approval with status "Pending IRCC approval".
Anyone has any idea if I can communicate somehow with them to get some information on when I might be receiving my card.
I tried contacting this number multiple times, without success. As per government website processing times for first PR card are 75 days.
If we count the working days after I am officially a PR that would make 85 days, which means it is pass their processing time. Is there something I can do to get some feedback regarding this manner from the government?

Did you try this:
The best times to try contacting an agent are promptly at 8:00am or between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. Dial 1-888-242-2100. After the recorded introduction, you will be asked to choose a menu option. Navigate through the options by pressing 3 and then 4, and then 0.
