I've aplied for a temporary visa to Canada at the Canadian Embassy in Bucharest, Romania. I sent last week(tuesday-14-May) the application via DHL, and today it came back because I forgot about the 2 passport photos.
The processing fee was paid on 13-May, so more than 5 days ago.
" Processing fees must be paid no more than 5 days before the application is submitted. "
In this situation, even if only my pictures were missing, I must pay again the processing fee? Or it is a exception from the "no more than 5 days" rule?
