Hope this post finds you well in these trying times. I wanted to ask a question about my work experience and if I can claim points for it. I was working part-time as a research assistant at the university in my home country(NOC 4012 requirements are met) while studying for my bachelors. Converted to full time I have around 14 months. Now I am starting a PhD in US and will continue working in NOC 4012 but will be paid with fellowship instead of a salary. I wanted to ask if my experience can be counted as foreign work experience and if I can get CRS points for it.
I have this question because I recently learned that there is a special case for NOC 4012.
