Hi, I have a questions about this Ministerial Instruction
The TFWP is refusing to process LMIA ... To be affected by this refusal to process, 3 criteria must be met.
Employers must be:
1) seeking to hire TFWs in an economic region with an unemployment rate of 6% or higher ;
2) classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) as:
...
3) applying to hire TFWs for specific occupations, classified under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) as:
...
probably i don't understand these instructions, the TFWP is refusing if only with one out of three points, or, must be all (3) points on this list? for example, if I work under noc list in point 3 in a company under NAICS (2) but the unemployment is under 6% i'm eligible or not?
