Hello everyone, i have a question about medical check hope someone can answer this.
My wife originally from Vietnam yet i will sponsor her from my home country Turkey.(she has permanent residency from Turkey) my question is , my wife might be in Vietnam visiting her her family 3-4months.while she is in Vietnam, if she receive medical check request, can she do this in Vietnam. Because i will sponsor my wife from Turkey but ,can medical check be from different country?
thanks for all answers
she can do her medical anywhere in the world, as long as it's completed by an authorized panel physician. she can have it done either in turkey or vietnam.
Thanks very much. im still very confused .one paralegal confused me a lot. He told me that whichever country you apply, you must done medical check from same country?

the paralegal is wrong. i'd advise to not take advice from them, as it is common for people to get bad information from those representing themselves as immigration attorneys/paralegals/consultants.
there is no such rule. the only rule is the exam must be done by an authorized panel physician.
