I am in the process of doing the paperwork for my wife .
She has a police clearance certificate issued from Trivandrum, India and Dubai ,UAE, July dated 10th and July 15.
The guide says PCC must be issued 3 months before the application date .
What is the application date ?
1. Is it the date CPC Mississauga receives the mailed package from Canada post ? or
2. Is it the date CPC Mississauga opens the package for starting the sponsor approval process ( I have heard the sponsor approval takes 2 months or more, then, in my case , both pcc will be invalid)
If its number 2, I will tell her to get another PCC right away from Trivandrum and go to Dubai for another PCC.
