Question about imm5710e for PGWP HELP ME!

At the third page, coming to canada, 4th question says "If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent Visitor Record, Study Permit or Temporary Resident Permit issued to you."
I currently have a study permit that I got at August 2018 and a work permit that I got at May 2019 for co-op (didn't get a co-op job tho). Which one should write? Work permit that is the most recent one or study permit?

I don't think it would be possible to harm your application whichever you chose, but since the list of documents specifically excludes work permits, I would put in the study permit number (starting with F)

oh there was work permit at the list of documents specified i forgot to type it, i typed the study permit number since my school advisor told to do that.

I'm in the exact same situation as you. Does your list of documents IMM5583 say to specifically include co-op work permit or something? What do you mean by this?

Also If you already had started filling out the form, How long does IRCC website give you to provide all the document once you open the case?

I forgot to put word "work permit" on "If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent Visitor Record, Study Permit or Temporary Resident Permit issued to you" haha

IRCC guide on IMM5710e says it's not required for PGWP, but I've seen many people writing employment section in detail. Did you end up writing it? Mine has huge gap in between past 10 years of employment, so I personally don't want to write it. I'd like to know your thought on this!

well i don't have much experience so i just wrote that i was a student and a part time job
