Question about IMM1294!

Hi!

I am trying to upload IMM1294.

Actually, I printed out this document and then signed it and scanned it and upload it.

But whenever I tried to upload this document, it shows validation errors.

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.

I tried again and again, but it showed same errors.

So I uploaded the original document without my sign. And it is uploaded!!!

Here is my question!

Is this document without my sign right?

I am getting the same error too. I filled the form , did the validation and saved the document as pdf. When I am trying to upload it . I am getting the same validation error. Any advise

if you are applying online then u dnt need to take a print and signed then rescan and upload, all u need to do is just fill the form , validate it and save it u dnt need to sign it just leave it blank and then upload, after u finish all ur documents uploading and u will directed to online signature portal , there u just need to write ur name and thats it.

Also about the formulary IMM1294, what is the procedure when someone have to add extra information? On the top of this document is said to print out the page where has the space for you put the extra information, and so you submit it. But is not posssible to scan the formulary+extra page and submit, i can just make the upload of original formulary IMM1294. Where do i have to submit the extra information/page of IMM1294 formulary? together the acceptanceexplanation letter or other place?
