Question about IMM 5669 schedule A serious disease

I am filling out the form for parental sponsorship and had a question about IMM5669 schedule A "Have you ever had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder? "

My parent had a heart attack and then a bypass surgery. Now their health is normal and no other complications. So how should I answer the question "Have you ever had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder? ". I have answered YES but I was told this refers only for communicable diseases like HIV, TB and recurring diseases like cancer. Can anyone advise how I should answer this question.

Pretty sure "Have you ever had" should be YES with a heart attack and a bypass surgery. The wording is "have you ever had" not will you suffer from in the future again or will you spread a disease.

Plus, you cannot hide a bypass surgery... it will show in their medical anyway.

If I had inactive tuberculosis in the past do I need to say YES and declare it in the serious disease question please?
