I was just wondering whether I can use my previous job contract and paystubs as substitutes for an employment reference letter, as all the required details are mentioned in the job contract including job description and working hours.
Does anyone in the same situation and succeed in getting your PR?
You can try, but it is always a risk, especially because the employment contract is typically issued prior to you actually performing the duties and responsibilities. So technically speaking it is not really proof that you in fact performed the duties and responsibilities.
A reference letter issued after you finished your employment that complies with all the requirements is a much better and safer bet.
Also note that even if some forum members may have got this approved, it is by no means a guarantee that the same will happen to you - everyone's situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
