Question about eligibility for RAMQ

I have 2 questions about whether I am eligible for RAMQ with spousal OWP:

1. If I get a job in Ontario (let's say I live in Gatineau and work in Ottawa), can I still get the RAMQ with employment contract from Ontario company?
2. Can I change job while being on RAMQ, from a permanent contract to another permanent contract, without losing RAMQ?

1. You shouldn’t be able to get RAMQ with proof of employment in Ontario.
2 Yes you should be able to change jobs if both full-time and both employers located in Quebec,
