My question is, I will have one year experience on November 1st 2018. But, will I be able to make an express entry profile ahead of time, say today?
I ask this question because, in CIC website to find out if I'm eligible to apply, I have to claim I already have 1 year of experience to get the personal reference code to create an express entry profile. So I would technically be misrepresenting if I claim I have 1 year or more experience.
Does anyone have any experience in opening a profile before technically being eligible to apply?
