Question about Confirmation of Permanent Residence IMM5688

As we know, In the CIT0002 checklist, CIC requires us to provide IMM5688 (or IMM1000/5292)Confirmation of Permanent Residence paper.

I came to Canada with a work permit and applied for PR from inside Canada. On receiving my PR visa from Detriot, I drove to the US-Canada board custom port and activated my PR identity.
In the custom office, they provided me IMM5688, AND a CBSA Personal Effects Accounting Document (PEAD).

Do i only need to provide copy of the IMM5688? Or do i need to provide a copy of the CBSA PEAD also?
I would try to keep it simple but still i wanna confirm to make sure nothing would be missed.

Any one in the same situation as me?
