Hello forum,

I am an Indian national. After doing my PhD from Canada 3 years back I am working outside Canada and India. Myself and my wife would like to apply for Canadian Visa. I have few Qs -

1. Can we apply from 3rd country?
2. Will my previous Canadian ties help?
3. Any other suggestion?
