Finally crossing the border this Thursday after this whole Express Entry process. Very excited!
I'm finalizing filling out my Accompanying Goods & Goods to Follow forms, and I just had a quick question - when listing the amounts of every item I'm bringing, is there a maximum total amount I'm allowed to bring? For example, my "Goods to Follow" totals over $40,000.00. I wasn't sure though if there is an allowed maximum.
Could anybody shine some light on this for me please?
I have one more question - when valuing certain items, do you value them at the item at which you purchased it or what it's worth now?
Example - When you purchase a Blu-Ray it's like $35.00. But when you try to resell them anywhere, they're normally not valued over $5.00 maximum most places. So would I value it at $5.00 or the initial price I purchased it for?
