I am thinking to retry for IELTS but my previous IELTS is valid till now, will taking new IELTS in anyway makes my previous IELTS invalid?

No, the previous IELTS TRF will be "as valid as" any new ones you get afterwards. All that matters is that they they don't expire (2 years validity).
