it never turned to RBVO, i have not received my 2nd AOR - - - is this some system error or does it really mean anything.
Me and some other people are also having strange ecas status. Looks like some system problem there. Join this thread on main forum, error in ecas status.
If I understood your case and timelines clearly, then, your timelines and eCas status is correct. You sent the document in Sept 2010 and still waiting your 2nd AOR. The CIO referred to the earlier 1st AOR that they hypothetically sent in June. If you didn't receive it yet, you have to contact them.

it never turned to RBVO, i have not received my 2nd AOR - - - is this some system error or does it really mean anything. Not necessarily. I never received 2nd AOR and my application went into In Process then Medical... I believe your application is moving in the right direction. Congrats.
