I have done Bsc IT and have 14 months (8 months in one company and 6 in other) of experience in Graphic Designing. do graphic Designing comes under IT?

Is this all of your work experience, or is it just a part of it? Keep in mind that to qualify for EE, you need one uninterrupted year of work in one NOC at one company.

According to this page, as long as it is a paid position, it's fine. Just make sure that your salary is mentioned on your job reference letters.
