I have been working as a full timer, working 40 hours per week since May 1st 2023 and I will be completing my 1 year of NOC B (Teer 2) experience by May 1st 2024. However, for some of the weeks (4 weeks) my working hours are less than 32hours ( 24-26 hours). So my question is, what should I do in this situation? somebody suggested me that I should works couple of months extra. should I be working extra for the hours which I'm short by or should I be working for those four weeks extra?
