Query Regarding Visa in low IELTS Band

Hi all,

I am from India and I got overall 6 bands but in Writing, I got only 5.5 (S=7, R=6, L=6, W=5.5). I want to know that is there any college available in Canada which accepts less than 6 in one module in postgraduate diploma.

I Passout my Master in computer application in the year 2016 and after this to present am working as a Network Engineer in India.so there is no GAP in my studies and work.so is there any visa refusal chances if I apply for my visa with less than 6 bands in one module. Please help me it is better for me if you suggest the college in Winnipeg area because my friends are there.

Most Universities in Canada require a minimum of 6 in all modules of IELTs for admission and an overall score of 6.5
