Query regarding TEF

Hi there,
just wanted to know that can you get points for only one section in TEF (e.g. reading) even if you score zero points for the other three sections (L,S,R). For example, if I get between 248-262 in TEF's reading section that would give me 6 points for EE,even if i get between 0-180 in all the other three sections. Is this correct or is there a minimum score in each section you have to get for a second language to claim EE points
