Query regarding Proof of funds for submitting PR Application

Hi All,

I have received ITA recently, and have a query regarding proof of funds document.
The account that i want to show as the Proof of fund has the exact amount that i need to show but if we take the average from the past six months then the amount will come slight lesser by 2000-3000 dollars.

Does that matter?

1. Do the amount as current balance matters even if the average in the past six months might have gone slightly less? Its my salary account so money gets transferred to that account bi-weekly?
2. Can i show my wife's account as well since she is a part of my PR application?

As long as there aren't any suspicious lump sum amounts you're fine.

You can show your wife's account but get a No Objection Certificate from her stating that the funds will be used for settling in Canada and that she does not have any objection of this.
