When filling up there was this question "Have you ever been issued any of the following, Travel document or PRTD?"
I am not sure about which option should I select?.

We wouldn't know the answer to this question. Only you would. Have you ever been issued a PRTD or anotheg kind of travel document like an RTD?

Thanks. I have not applied for those documents and that's the reason being not sure which check box needs to be checked

If you haven't applied for them, you wouldn't have been issued them. It's not a trick question.
