Hi all,

I am working in Canada full time since 2015 (got PR in 2017) and need your help in determining if I can fill 'form of interest' for sponsoring parents that will open in January 2019.

I meet LICO minimum cutoff for 2016 and 2017 (as per copy of notice of assessment from CRA). Also, for 2018 I am on track to end up earning enough to meet minimum LICO cutoff but for year 2018, i will get my notice of assessment in May 2019 (T4 are generated in April).

Can i fill the 'interest' form or not?
