Query regarding online application URGENT

Hi All,

I am trying to submit online application for Student Visa.
In the documents part, I am getting the below options only -

Passport (required)
Letter of Acceptance (required)
Proof of Means of Financial Support (required)
Digital photo (required)
Proof of medical exam (required)
Family Information (IMM5645) (required)

Optional Documents
Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
Letter of Explanation

Doubt 1 - If these are the only options of uploading the documents, Where do we submit/upload the educational/ Job experience documents ?

Doubt 2 - In the eligibility questionnaire there was a question
Are you giving someone access to your application?
Answers - 1. Yes, I will be appointing a representative to apply on my behalf
2. Yes, grant authorization for IRCC to release your application information to another person.
3. Yes, both appoint a representative and grant authorization to IRCC to release information to another person.
4. No
I have a consultancy in India which is helping me, So do I select the 1st option or the 4th option ?

For query 1:
You can make the documents like educational and employment documents into a single PDF file with your letter of explanation. You can add your supplementary files if any in similar way and upload it.

For Query 2:
I am not sure.. I had applied through vfs and hence they filled that specific part

Hi,
you can just upload the required documents for now and they will email you after few days asking about your transcripts plus whatever else they need and when they do, on your account a new "option" will come where you could upload whatever they asked for.
Or, you can upload everything else you have alongside the LOE.
About the last question, since you are applying by yourself there is no need to choose any other option besides the 4th. I'd choose the other options only if somebody else was applying for me (in your case I am guessing they helped you with your offer letter or something?) Besides,if they are helping you with your application ,you should ask them anything you have in mind since you are not paying them for nothing.
