Hi all,

I received the ITA recently for FSW EE (on March 23), and I am currently on my PGWP in Canada. I got a medical exam done in 2021 after I applied for (and was approved) study permit to come to the country. I am assuming that this new medical exemption policy applies to me, given that my previous exam is within 5 years.

My questions is (1) is my assumption/thinking correct? Or do I have to do a new medical exam, and

(2) If I do fall under the exemption, what document should I upload in the required document field for proof of upfront medical exam? And where do I insert my UMI number? (since the email says that I only need to provide the IME or UMI number in the application.)

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
