Hello,

Iam not aware of any foreign language yet. As part of enhancing my prospects for PROVINCIAL PROGRAMS, I wanted to understand how much time it takes to learn french starting from zero and pass TEF exam with good score to be eligible? I would really appreciate any insights, guidance and detailed direction here. Thank you in advance.
