I am a new member and in need of suggestion from you all. Would really appreciate.
Here goes my queries:
1. My husband's name is Muhit Hossain. He will be the primary applicant. His educational certificates contain 'Md' Muhit hossain, where as his passport, job letters all without the title (that is Md) which is actually correct.
Is the title difference a problem?
2. We have recently reissued our passports however forgot to update spouse name. In passport we both are are marked as single. Since applying jointly and I will be his spouse, will this passport mismatch info be a problem? Will a marriage certificate suffice?

For point 1, you can create a name mismatch affidavit and get it stamped from notary. Give the reason of the affidavit in the LoE. I did that myself. Not a big deal here.
For point 2, I think it might create a problem as you will be showing your marriage certificate/details when applying as partner and if you PP date is post the marriage date, it might create a problem if you both are listed single there.
It will definitely raise suspicion.
For point 2, I suggest you re-apply for the passport and get the error fixed.

Quick questions:
1. In that case we do not need to change the educational certificates you mean. Just an affidavit & mentioning in the LoE would do?
2. Will the affidavit be required later on in our profile (after WES is completed & suppose positive result comes)? For example, during police verification, medical assessments etc.
