Query Regarding Date of Birth Certificate

Hi,

My question is regarding Birth certificate.

I was born on 10 January,1984 and while applying for the family visa a non availability certificate issued by the municipal cooperation ,as my birth record in municipality record was not available due to deterioration of the register. I attached copy of non availability certificate with its English translation with affidavits from me and my father,matriculation certificate and Indian Adhar card in my visa file as supporting documents.

Now the Canadian embassy has emailed me asking for birth certificate but the municipal cooperation doesn't
have my birth record as the register is deteriorated which contain the record.

Please guide me with a solution

If you don't have a birth certificate........why not go get Affidavit of birth certificate (not non-availability certificate affidavit).......showing your date of birth, your name, place of birth and maybe your parents name.

I have already given an affidavit stating that the reason for attaching non availability certificate and also mentioned the my matriculation certificate and passport both stating my date of birth be considered as my date of birth proof and i gave second affidavit from my father stating acknowledge the facts that i was born on 10 January,1984 at Raikot ( Place of birth).

Maybe try.......affidavit attested by Indian embassy or Consulate near to you........ an affidavit showing your date of birth, your name, place of birth and maybe your parents name.

Always avoid posting personal info.....on public site...........such as 10 January,1984 at Raikot ( Place of birth).

Read the above for suggestions from India. If your mother is not from India, consider alternatives applicable to your mother's country of birth.
