I have been in the process to apply for Permanent Residency from quite some time. I was doing this via a firm. However now I wish to do the application process by myself and have decided not to pursue the application with my firm. I have requested them to take down my information from the Government website. My question is what if they do not pull my information down and I also go ahead and set up a profile from my end, there will basically be 2 profiles existing. Would this cause a problem? Have I to make sure that my firm takes down my data or can it just sit there while I create my own profile? Any advice will be appreciated.

Ask them for your login credentials and use them to check your profile and modify it.
