I have just created my profile and yet to receive an ITA. I worked in the same company from 2011 to till date. In this 7 years’ span, I was at 3 different designations namely Senior Software, Module Lead and Project Lead. In the reference letter, do I need to put roles & responsibilities for each designation separately or all combined together can I put single roles & responsibilities. Kindly throw some light on this.
If your roles and responsibilities changed vastly with each designation then yes it's better to get a roles and responsibilities letter for each. And then you'll have to choose a primary NOC and secondary NOC as per your preference. If you think there's one NOC that'll match all your designations then you can club all 3 designations as one.
