Hey Guys,
Need some opinion here..
I have an IELTS assessment of R/L/W/S as 8.5/8/7.5/7. I am trying to increase in Speak and Listen by .5 points so I can get additional points for immigration.
Now my query is -- just in case if my score gets lower while retaking the exam, do I need to use the new IELTS score anyway or I can stick with the old one?
Thanks

You can use the old one if you're unsatisfied with your new IELTS score!
Good Luck!

Thank you. I am relaxed now. Preparing to see now if I can raise my score a little.

Are you sure old scores can be retained though one is not even eligible as per new scores?
I have read somewhere that CIC asks applicants to inform them, should his latest scores make him ineligible.
Please suggest.
