Query on Proof of Medicals

Hi,

My case was transfered to Detroit office. Later I received request for completing medicals.
The Detroit office also requested proof that I have completed medical examination.

Can anyone suggest what proof should be provided? Is it the receipt for the fee that you pay to the immigration Medical Doctor? After the medicals were done, I did not get any document from the immigration doctor. I was told that the immigration doctor will send the medical results.

Please advise.

the immigration doctor must have issued you a receipt of the payment made to him.

send a notarised copy of that receipt
