query on photograph requirement for paper based visitor extension

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know whether we have to submit photograph for visitor extension? If yes, how many and what is the specification.

I check on CIC website, for online application there is option to upload digital photo. But as per checklist for paper based application; there is nothing mentioned about photographs.

Use the online tool to generate the checklist:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp

If the checklist mentions it then include them.
