I am from India and haven't stayed outside India for more than 6 months continuously.
However, I moved to USA on 22-Jun-2018 on a student visa. I received my ITA on 3-Jun-2018. I took a PCC from Indian passport office in Mumbai on 13-Jun-2018. I submitted my PR application on 13-July-2018 and received AOR on the same date. Currently, I received MEP and am in IP1 stage.
The query I have is... The IRCC website says.. the police certificate must have been issued AFTER the last time you stayed in the country for 6 months or more in a row.
My PCC is issued on 13-Jun-2018 and I left the country on 22-Jun-2018. Will this be an issue? If yes, how do I resolve this issue?
