Query on Express Entry Profile Creation

Hello Everyone,

I have completed my language assessment and I have few question on creating Express Entry profile.

1. Under Official language assessment -> I have entered my CELPIP score. What should I enter for the below:
Language test result form or certificate number

2. Under Work Details -> Intended work in Canada
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? (required)
what should I enter for this ?
I'm currently under work permit.

3. My wife completed B Sc microbiology, under what field of study I should enter her Education.

Please advice.
