Query from CIC regarding Use of Representative

Hi, my immigration agent/lawyer received a letter from CIC (on my behalf) saying that I need to fill the "use of representative form. However the strange thing is that in the letter they say “Ensure that i fill section C” which is basically cancellation of representative. Why would they ask me to do that, whereas the agent is a recognized agency which is valid to practice law. Can anybody help in this regard? For now I am filling the form again and sending it back with the same information as sent previously.

There probably was a misleading information that suggested you wanted to cancel representation by your representative. Send the refilled form with the same information you sent previously.
