There was a gap between 2017-01-02 to 2017-03-13 time due to Bridge work permit being issued late and PR application was being processed. Bridge work permit was issued on 2017-03-13 and PR was issued on 2017-06-28. Work permit was expired on 2017-01-02. During this time I was in Canada and working for my employer.

For this above gap do I consider as a Temporary Resident Permit Holder ?

Can I use this gap time for physical presence in Canada as Temporary Resident Permit Holder or Worker ?

I doubt you've ever been a Temporary Resident Permit holder as that is issued only to those who are inadmissible to Canada.
If you were on implied status during the gap you described it can form part of your up to a year of residence credit toward physical presence in Canada.
