I'm Oct 9th 2014 CEC applicant, and I received AOR last Feb 2015. My pgwp will be expired within 4 months, so I need to apply a bowp.
I'm currently unemployed.
My question is
1. Should I be employed to apply for a bowp ? or It doesn't matter to be employed for a bowp?
2. If I should be employed, then should I find a job skill B only as I applied PR under CEC?
Please share your opinions, I would appreciate your advice.

You do not need to have a job in hand in order to apply for BOWP. However, there is a new rule in place starting from Dec 01, 2015 that anybody applying for BOWP should have their AOR received and their eligibility is set to pass. In past, AOR is good enough to apply for BOWP but due to this new rule, you may want to find more about your eligibility details by ordering GCMS notes or by calling Call center.
