I'm planning to visit my friends in Toronto, and I currently reside in Vancouver. However, air travel requires photo identification for boarding. Unfortunately, I don't possess a photo ID at the moment. My only available forms of identification include my BC service ID card (without a photo) and my interim driver's license (Learner's) which also lacks a photo. As a result, I don't have a valid photo ID. Could I potentially use my Refugee Protection Claimant Document as a form of identification for boarding a plane?
