They are both Seniors living by themselves here in Winnipeg. Currently, I’m working in the Philippines and I am here on vacation. They want to sponsor me to stay with them because they are old to be living by themselves.. What can she do? Please...

They do not qualify to sponsor you, as you are far too old. Only their children age 21 and under can be sponsored.

You will need to see if you qualify to immigrate independently through an economic stream: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html

If you don't qualify to immigrate on your own, unfortunately there will be no chance for you to get PR status so you will need to keep relying on TRV approvals to continue visiting them occasionally. Else they would need to maybe look at moving to the Philippines if you wanted to care for them.

Do you actually have education/work experience to qualify for this program?
IRCC also may be very suspicious if you are applying as care giver to your own family.

Make sure you research that you are actually eligible for this program before applying.

It could - but you would first need to find an employer willing to hire you.

Also, you would need to meet the requirements for that visa. Specifically, you would need to have at least one year of full time paid work experience in the field within the last three years - or have completed at least six months of full time education in that field within the last three years.

Your employer would also have to meet a number of requirements including obtaining an approved LMIA, having enough income to pay for your salary, having a large enough house/apartment to accommodate you, etc.

What specifically do you mean by "Expression to stay in Canada"??

If you mean Express Entry, that requires you to have specific education/skilled work experience to qualify.

If you just mean applying to extend your stay as a visitor, that may be fine temporarily but eventually will run out and you'll have to return home.

Not sure I understand what you mean. You are here on visitor status only, and while you can apply to extend visitor status it will eventually run out so you need prepare that at some point you will be forced to return home.

Got it. Coz i really don’t wanna work illegally here.. Thanks for the time. I’ll be leaving tom for NY so i probably have to prepare for that and it might take sometime. It’s just that I want to be with my mom here coz she’s having separation anxiety... and it melts my heart too.. thank you
